I would like to advise you not to go to hairdressers that provides a cheap haircut service. Seriously. You don't want to know what you might get yourself into. I may sound like I'm stereotyping here. However, this is like so darn true. I've got my experiences okays! And it's full of regrets. But I'm not saying that you should go for those that will charge you what a sundress would cost. Just don't be cheapskate.
